Employment Agreement
Chapter 1 - Basic Rules
Article 1 (Purpose)
These regulations are for the
purpose of deciding on matters regarding terms and conditions
of employment in order to facilitate a smooth working relationship.
These regulations shall also serve to establish particular rules in
regard to salary, child care, home care and other matters.
Article 5 (Necessary Documents)
1) Work contract (1 copy each
for the Employee and the company)
2) Certificate of identity (a reference is adult who has constant occupation)
3) Cosignatory consent form
4) Employeeﾕs written oath
5) Residentﾕs card or proof of address
6) Pension book
7) A map describing the route taken in commuting to work. (when the
employee commutes by car separate documents may need to be submitted)
8) Other documentation as may be required by the company.
